Orange, lime, kiwi & ginger with raw honey and bee pollen.
Kombucha, The Tea of Immortality of ancient China, has an alternative, named jun.
First made by the monks of Tibet, the difference is that jun is fermented using honey instead of cane sugar.
Apart from that, the process is the same. Bacteria eat a form of sugar and caffeine from tea to produce the fermented drink we enjoy.
Small-batch, all-organic infusions brewed with raw honey. Not yet for sale — while our NÉBIH approval is in progress we're building the waitlist first. Pictures are illustratory.

Orange, lime, kiwi & ginger with raw honey and bee pollen.

Strawberry, mint & lavender over green jasmine tea.

Apple, cinnamon, hibiscus & cloves with raw honey.

Our current small-batch pick. This month: apple & cinnamon.
Until we grow, we don't prepare every flavor at once — we brew in small batches so each bottle is fresh. Every infusion is built on raw honey and organic fruit, herbs and loose-leaf tea.
